Our project management team consider efficiency and customer interests as paramount concerns. Moreover, our tool shop run with 2 shifts working system and 6 days per week, flexible production time depends on the projects. Together with extensive management experience, we enable to satisfy both manufacturing and customer’s demands, and to ensure high quality molds are shipped to customer on time. 

A manufacturing time schedule (MTS) is to reasonably arrange the completion date of every 
component of the mold, and control the entire project to reach customer’s required lead time. The MTS report with real-time photos will be updated per week to customer until FOT.
